How to cancel your Subscription
to Access Mexico Connect.
Naturally, we don’t like cancellations, but if you really must cancel, the process is easy. Remember that cancellation of your subscription will result in loss of access to the thousands of articles on www.mexconnected.com, your @mexconnect.com email account and all our popular Forums. Your existing username may no longer be available when you wish to resubscribe.
Still determined to cancel?
If you subscribed by Credit Card:
To cancel your subscription, please send an email to
requesting cancellation and including the following information:
1. Your name and (if different) the name on the credit card used for payment.
2. Your username for Mexico Connect.
If you subscribed using PayPal:
1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
2. Find your last payment to Mexico Connect and click on “Details”.
3. Find “Subscription Payment Received (ID #xxxxxx)
In reference to: S9WFxxxxxxxx” near the top of the screen and click on the subscription number
4. Scroll to bottom and click on “Cancel Subscription” button.
5. On the next screen, click on “Cancel subscription” to confirm your request. This should bring up a screen saying that cancellation was successful.
6. Log out of paypal.
If you subscribed by check or direct deposit:
Your Subscription will automatically expire at the end of your subscription period. You will receive an email one month prior to that date to remind you to renew. If you do not want to renew the Subscription, you do not need to do anything.
In all cases, it may take up to 48 hours for cancellations to take effect.
