Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 1/2 kilo ground pork
- 8 large sausages
- 4 eggs
- 1 poblano peppers, cleaned, seeds and veins removed and chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bullion concentrate
- 1/4 C. worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 12 thin slices of bacon
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Salt to taste.
Preparation:
Sauté the chili and onion in the oil until soft. Set aside to cool.
In the meantime, combine all the remaining ingredients except the bacon in a bowl. Add the chili onion mixture and combine well.
Line a pan with the bacon strips, add the meat mixture on top and bake in a 175°C oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Serve with a green salad.
