Jane Wilkinson and her husband Bill live nine months of the year near Portland, Oregon, sharing their home (bed, sofa) with. Pancho Villa and Milo. They escape the Pacific Northwests drizzle and cold during the winter with their sojourns to Mexico. Although partially retired, Jane continues part-time as a self-employed labor arbitrator and attorney who resolves disputes between employers and unions. Her other activities include playing in the dirt, i.e., tending her garden, getting in over her head with computer hardware and software issues, striving mightily to improve her Spanish, reading good books, and, of course, walking the dogs.
